HC Forklift America Corporation Parts Return Policy

Policy Details

All returns require prior authorization by an associate of HC Forklift America. Dealers are not authorized to return parts without express written approval from HC Forklift America. Unauthorized returns or returns received, without receiving an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number, will be rejected. If a return meets the below criteria, please email your request to parts@hcforkliftamerica.com with your order information, the part(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. One of our associates will be happy to handle your request.

Terms:

  • Standard return claims need to be made within 30 days of the received date of the part(s).
  • No returns will be processed under a net total invoice amount of $25.00.
  • Returns must be in un-damaged, original, re-saleable condition in the original packaging, if applicable. Rejected parts will be returned to dealer, at the dealer’s expense, if the dealer choses to do so.
  • There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returns unless prior arrangements have been made with a parts or management associate of HC Forklift America.
  • Shipping will not be refunded at any time unless otherwise agreed to by a parts or management associate of HC Forklift America.
  • Parts that are considered custom or special request orders are non-returnable unless approved by parts management only.
  • Electrical parts to include but not limited to switches, contactors, displays, ecu’s, etc... are non-returnable if used or plugged in. Execptions to this can be made by parts management only.
  • Parts that are non-returnable by nature such as tires, hoses, gaskets, aerosols, etc... will not be accepted unless otherwise approved by parts management.
  • Structural items such as masts, frames, counterweights are not returnable unless approved by parts management.
  • Warranty part returns are subject to HC Forklift America Warranty policies and procedures.
  • The dealer has 30 days to return the part once an RMA number has been given. Otherwise, the return claim becomes invalid.
  • In the event a part is lost or damaged in transit, HC Forklift America will replace the item at no charge to the dealer if the freight shipment is handled by HC Forklift America initially. Shipping that is handled by the dealer is not subject to this
  • replacement clause.
  • Once the part(s) are received in “expected” condition at the destination warehouse, HC Forklift America will issue applicable credits. Please note the time frame for inspection can vary given the size and scope of the return. An email confirmation will be sent to the dealer once your refund has been processed. The credit will be applied to the original method of payment.
